St. Anne's Society

The St. Anne Society was first organized in 1897 for the married women of the parish. The organization is now open to all women of the parish, 18 and older: single, married, or widowed. The purpose of the St. Anne Society is to lead the women of St. Mary Parish to an active Catholic life by instruction, association, and mutual good example while tending to the spiritual and material needs of the parish and community.

The Society has four scheduled meetings each year that provide an opportunity for spiritual enrichment, fellowship, and parish outreach. Some of the projects the St. Anne Society participates in include the holiday Angel Tree, providing necessary religious items for the church, supporting local seminary students, assisting with the parish Red Cross blood drives, leading the rosary before 10 am Mass on Sunday, collaborating with local churches for the annual World Day of Prayer programming, and much more.

Currently, dues are $10.00 per year.
